When you get that diet perfected, please tell me. Sounds like one I could really enjoy.

sitting at 194 today. man i have ptiched a tent in the 190-195 range and ran an electrical line to my RV. didn't realize i planned on staying so long.

2 more weekends of racing including the '25 mph 100 mile century' run i'm doing in 2 weeks. really looking forward to that..going out with police escorts flying..goal is to average 25mph for 4 hours to complete the century in under 4.

they're pretty strict on who they let ride in that group. they'll be kciking barbie out within 10 miles

Up a pound and a half on a 1350 calorie day.

No cheats since I hit my goal and I am up 8 pounds.

So logically I got really pissed and went and got some popeyes.

I will be restarting Atkins after my walmart visit thursday night.

You might be one of those guys that has a real problem with carb metabolism that Atkins talks about. I don't know what to say. But I'll probably be singing the same song after a weeklong cruise.

I guess you'll just have to do Atkins maintenance, Myth.

Unfortunately, I will need to do atkins induction to get back below where I was then try atkins maintenance and slowly add more carbs.

Two bad days of eating have my weight headed for orbit. Time to regroup.

I hit walmart this evening. I am back on Atkins. All the carbs are out of the fridge and I will be on FULL 100% Cave Dwelling Hermit Mode until further notice. At least my cave has power so I can continue to read the Lloyd Braun Report.

Jump up, didn't get to do my run yesterday, had a big ol list of things to do.. didn't even get to sit down and eat dinner until 9 pm

CT, I picked up some chromium picolinate (sp?) from CVS.. it's in the vitamin aisle, so it's not cheating, right?

Wanted to chime in on this thread. Great job by everyone. I am strictly following an Atkins style diet and have dropped 9 lbs in a week. Not starving myself either. Just lean portions of steak and chicken and of course sugar free jello.

Tailgating is going to be a challenge.....

forced into a fast food lunch week but ate smaller portions. no major weight gain but the PUFA and sodium overload can't be good for me.

how tall are you again? you should get to the gym (ikf you havent already) and start doing some serious pushup and chin-up reps. with the amount of weight you've lost, you will see definition EVERYWHERE with little effort. that should be a huge motivation to start transforming your body.

Right at 6 feet. Don't have the money at the moment for a gym but I certainly should be doing some crunches and push ups.

174.5

Exactly 10 pounds over my goal weight which I reached just 10 days ago.

Today I had a full Atkins day so I should be swinging back to ketosis in the next 24 hours give or take a few hours.

My new goal is 159. Then I will slowly add carbs back in using atkins maintenance and I won't panic unless I get over 165 again.

The heat is about to start decreasing a bit so I won't have that as an excuse to skip my bike rides.

Here I sit in my sealed air-tight hermit bunker awaiting the weekend report with Lloyd Braun.

Sorry you've had a rough first week of maintenance.

Here is a teaser of the Saturday Report with Lloyd Braun.

It's gonna be a good one!!
