there's no pill needed. just get a plan and stick to it. nonplateaus are unavoidable.

Dang Gumbo, you've already been fired.

Dang that didn't take long... I was already counting my royalty payments! I'm not even doing low carb and I was ready to profit from it.

Weigh in is tomorrow morning. Expecting a maintain or small gain. Hoping for maintain so I can stay at 40# lost. I will report back tomorrow. Did fine this week but I guess the 5.2 loss last week meant a slower week.

Got a rough few weeks coming up, too. Ahhhh!!!

279.8/240.2/170(?)

Gained 0.4 this week - but after last week's big loss, no big deal. It'll be gone soon enough.

This week I have 2 happy hours and lunch at Zea - hopefully I can still show a loss, but that is a lot of sodium and temptation to deal with.

OP'r rarely comes in but he did us all a favor with the topic.

I think I want to change up the diet a little bit. I want to stay eating, nuts, veggies, and meat.. but I want to throw an a fruit or 2 in there a day. A little more nutritionally balanced. I don't know if I will, but I really, really miss fruits and I've stopped losing weight anyway

Hulk you need to do a little diet analysis. Are you eating too many calories? I've never bought into the low carb eat what you want nonsense.

I started around 1500 calories and worked down to 1200 most of the time.

If you aren't checking labels and doing portion control you might be eating more than you think. Are you still loogging everything in myfitnesspal. You need to be doing that if you are not.

Maybe it is time to give induction a try again.

I had a stomach virus last night. It wasn't pretty.

It did however net me a 2 pound drop.

Paging Mr. Cad

323/175.2/165

My final goal is 165 but that isn't where I want to maintain my weight. I just want some breathing room because I know I will gain some will learning maintenance so I want a little cushion.

173 is the 150 mark by the way so almost there.

No, I'm not, because I'm cooking things that I don't know how to log.

And me going into induction is when this non-loss cycle began. As soon as I started doing induction again I bottomed out.

You need to stop eating things you can't log and stick to things that you can determine the calories.
