Yep fell off the pain train last night eating at Mizado (place seems overrated to me and restaurant was half empty?) and this morning I felt worthless. Crazy the affect food has on the mind and body.

Took a scoop and a half of Adrafinil and now I'm good to go. Will probably fast until this evening.

I don't think oats are something I'd argue against the nutritional profile of. I like paleo/keto/etc., but oats with some supplemental acid and protein would lead to the body of a greek god.

Fast through breakfast, save the calories for a better lunch and dinner. That's how I budget my ~2000 calories.

I have to do this as well. If I eat breakfast, I'll end up hungry by the time lunch rolls around anyway. If I just drink a couple of big mugs of coffee when I get to work I'm usually set until 12:30 - 1pm. Around 11 I'll get a 5 minute bout of bad hunger and then I'm typically gtg.

Yeah breakfast is overrated. I'll be hungry right after I'm done eating.

Same. I feel better when I skip breakfast & just drink coffee. Way less hungry.

3 more weeks til I'm back on Vyvanse. Then I won't need food at all. Yessss.

I don't feel right in the gym when I work out fasted not on keto. Especially if I take a pre-workout. I get sick to my stomach if I take a pre-workout fasted.

I usually wake up, eat a protein bar, hit the gym, then eat ~300-350 cal breakfast for a total of 450-500 cals by end of breakfast. Usually don't eat any snacks between breakfast and lunch nor lunch and dinner. My lunch is usually ~500cals, so I wind up with about 800-1000 cals come dinner time.



Had to 2 overnight maintenances at work this week, where I wake up at 2AM to do some work for a couple of hours since it'll be customer impacting. I'm feeling really fking tired

I'll never go back. The come downs from that shite were the worst. Only time I enjoyed taking them was on gamedays. Drinking on them is fun as hell. Best mood ever.

This Adrafinil gives me a similar feeling. Haven't felt the come down on it yet.

That sucks! I have very few side effects on Vyvanse, but Adderall messes me up. Makes me super jittery, teeth clenching, and impossible to sleep, whether I took 10mg or 60. It wasn't fun. Vyvanse just makes me feel like a slightly more sparkly version of myself.

I think that's what I used to do. Take it with a protein shake. Helps offset any jitteriness for me, too.

Are you finding you're hungrier taking it with food?i could go all day without eating when I took it on an empty stomach.
