Man bus really got me thinking yesterday. All through my workout this morning I was putting the pieces together in my head, what I've done theast few weeks. I work hard to take one step forward and feel good then take 2 steps back because I find some reason to cheat. Drinking is the #1 problem. If I don't drink my calories aren't bad at all. But Saturday I ate a full days worth of calories (right at 2k) then drank like 1500 more. That's besides all of the problems drinking causes with digestion and metabolism. Gotta say bye to the alcohol for starters.

They do. They're called blackened tenders & have 2g carbs. They typically give you a dirty look when you order, though, since they don't just keep them pre-made.

I'm starting up a 6-day push-pull split this week, running about 25-27 sets per workout. I've been getting up at 4:30AM the last couple of weeks to go to the gym, but have been going Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri to catch up on some sleep on Wednesday. I'm feeling like a zombie today since I'm not taking Wednesday off anymore.
I really want to get out of PF and get working on Greyskull LP, but waiting on the SO to get out of this expensive arse Orange Theory workout class crap first.
What all are you guys doing?

I did Greyskull for 14 weeks or so before my break. To be honest, I'm probably going to resume it and try to focus on some extra work for back and shoulders. My lats and felts are always lagging behind it seems. I need to be doing chins/pull ups every workout I think, or something to work that area anyway.
I saw great progress...I failed my first set of squats at 230 and the last time I amrap'd 230 I got 9. 255 was my last fail. I still have plenty of progress to make with that program I feel.

I would lose zero weight if I didn't cut out alcohol. I am trying to keep drinking to one day per week and two drinks only (within my calories for the day also).

I tend to lose weight when I drink. Diuretic, or something. I need to up my gin intake to jumpstart my weight loss.

I lost weight Jan-March when i was only drinking vodka water.
Last three months I've been drinking more beer again and I always feel sluggish. Think I'm about to switch back to vodka water for good (hopefully)
