Pics of fiancee?

kidding.

I need some tough love after 2 months of gaining & losing the same 4 lbs over and over. Back to the Ashley Graham thread on the OT to put me in check.

Thanks, Doldil. Big day is still about 6 1/2 months away.

Keep trucking on your gym goals. My bench is weak as frick, especially in relation to my squat and DL. I can't squat or DL right now since I'm at PF (which I hate), but back when I did, your numbers are right where mine were at DL and squat (315 squat, 355 DL), but my ORM on BP was 200 and that was a real grind single rep. I'm eager to get into a real gym and out of PF so I can get back to real strength training. I don't expect to increase my numbers much, if at all, since I'm trying to lose weight.. but I enjoy the barbell much more than anything I can do at PF.

What did you decide to have to eat at the wedding?

If you could invite one guy and one girl, from this thread to the big day, who would it be?

Don't bother with me, I'm going to crash it either way. Save the .50 cents on a stamp.

I haven't. Too poor for lipo. I may need to reassess my financial priorities.

Just a little tough love Hulk. We don't want to see you yo-yo dieting. Form some good habits. Fight the urge to have cheat days. Special occasions are one thing (special events related to your wedding, have at it bro), but it's just too easy to make excuses to justify the cheat. There's always a reason to eat and drink a ton around these parts. I've been there man. I was over 300lbs. I've kept the weight off for 18 months now. It's hard as hell.

Enjoy it, but pace yourself. Don't want your wedding video to look like Joey's World tour.

I think of Joey every time I'm tempted to try Mac & Cheetos. That gif is amazingly motivating.

I've fought off the urge for Mac and Cheetos several times. The inner fatty in my head gets going when I pass by BK and think about them.

What's everybody doing for dinner?

I'm kind of burnt out on eating. Might just drink water until tomorrow at noon. It's so damn hot.

I wish I was burnt out on eating. My appetite has been unreal since I came back from vacation.

Just threw some ribeyes on the grill. Came out okay. I don't really know what I'm doing out there.

I'm gonna toss some iceberg in the spinner, cut up an avacodo, toss in come cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, blue cheese, and hit that with a little balsamic vinegar.

It's 8pm, and I'm just cool enough to have an appetite.
