I was always a 5:00/the moment I walk in the door from work person. After going keto that has changed to about once every 3 days or so. It's not unusual to go less when eating Keto (assuming you are). After a while I just decided this was the new normal and stopped worrying about fiber so much. Though I did a fiber supplement for a while just to help a bit at first

Well I knew it would be less frequent, but it's also.... looser.

Most people don't get enough fiber so it's even tougher on this diet.

My friends all are amazed and think I have something wrong with me that will require surgery. Maybe it's just the way my body works.

Looking for a recipe for a breakfast casserole that I could cut into serving size squares and freeze individually. Going to try eating quick breakfast everyday for a change of pace.

I do six eggs/.5 cup almond milk/1 cup spinach or broccoli/.5 cup onions and or bellpeppers/.5 cheese/meat of choice (bacon ham or sausage). Pour in buttered dish and bake at 350. I make this every week.

I'd say that chart is applicable to any training and diet regimen. Good advice.

Its been a long journey for me, since 2011. I started at 363 pounds.

I started out on keto, lost about 80 pounds in a year or so. Then switched to paleo and started lifting weights. Lost another 30 pounds that way.. Then gained back 50 pounds in about 2 years. 306 is what I weighed what I started again. This time around I started out just cutting sugar from my diet, lost about 10 pounds, then switched to keto again, lost another 10 pounds, then switched to CICO/flexible dieting. That's where I am now. I try to eat 40/30/30 protein/carb/fat, and I'm eating 1800 cal/day. Also limiting myself to about 25-30g sugar/day. Lifting weights 4-5 times/week

I hoped for a new low today, but I'm .1 pound away from matching my last keto low.

Gainzing a double batch of homemade beef jerky

Found some Eye of Round roast on sale at Dorignacs for $3.49/lb on Sunday. Then on Monday I saw sirloin tip roast at Rouses for $3.47/lb. Decided to a comparison batch with same marinade and dehydrated at same time. Sirloin came out better.

Delicious and way lower carb than commercial jerky offering. ( recipe link from previous post)
