Works for what? I'm not actively attempting to lose weight currently and I'm eating at a slight surplus for my goals.

Cardiovascular support. Is it all about weight for you? Running is great for a plethora of things.

Soooooooo I had a goal weight I wanted to hit by summer vacay. It is still a month away and I hit that number today. Taking it slow and steady is totally winning this race. I don't have cheat days or anything but I do zigzag my calories up and down and occasionally throw in rice or fruit carbs so I don't lose my mind and feel like I get "treats".
