I been hitting the stair climber. Last week I had one of the workers just come with the spray bottle and a rag to clean the machine. It was full of sweat!

I'm on my last week of Stoppani's Summer Shred. Taking a week off the weights, then I'll do Spartan Genesis.

Tomorrow I may do elliptical and bike and bicep tricep workout

I did planks and wanted to puke. How these fools hold for a minute plus boggles my mind. I did 30 secs x2, 20 sec, 15 with rest between them for however I held the next one

Weights
Paloff press 3x10 each side
Planks see above
Lat pulls 3 (12, 10, 8)
Rows 3
Pec fly machine 3 x 10
Curls 3 x 10
Tri extend overhead 2 x 10
Dumbbell shoulder press 2 x 10
Dumbbell fly 2 x 10

For me from being in the military I find planks stupid easy. Can hold 2+ min without even trying, they don't do much for me. Now ask me to do a a strict hanging l-sit and I am screwed. Especially trying to do them on dip bars.

I start shaking at about 25-30

The longest I've ever tried to hold a plank is 1:05

In March 15-20 sec plank was my max now I'm doing that as a part of set. I just think it strengthens my core and helped me lose inches. May be mental but I feel it helps

Tomorrow I am planning
TRX Chest press
Tricep push down on assisted Dip deck
Barbell curls
Oblique work
Tri extends
Cardio

I want use the Greyskull but it won't load for me so just do something I think may help

Have you tried Bring Sally Up yet?
We do this, but not just straight push-ups, we start here and then do lunges, plankups, squats (and dips if the trainer has had a bad day )
It's a killer, but you will sweat.

That looks freaking excruciating. I can't really do one push-up, let alone push up planks that involve kissing the ground? ( )

Mad props. And lol that I just watched 3 full minutes of people doing these push-ups

I can do a plank ups my issues are burpees/feeling nauseated
Also my plantar tendon sometimes feels like it freezes if I go too long in plank position

The thing that hurts me the most pec flys I feel like it wants to rip my rotator cuff and shoulder out

Oh if it was #FF I'd make a good joke/comment about your last post ELT but I'll be nice today.

Keep your legs straight. Flex your abs.

Inhale slowly on the way down, exhale going up

I'll try again tomorrow, when I have shoes. My toes were slipping without shoes on, so it wasn't working very well.

I can do girl push-ups, but real ones are tough. I have no upper body strength. Pathetic.

Hardwood floors & I just put lotion on my feet (since I wasn't planning to get up and do push-ups). My toes didn't feel secure when I got in position.

Good morning!! I'm jealous IF was, by far, the easiest & most effective way for me to lose & maintain weight. I miss it!!
