See there was a friend who needed help so of course me being nice guy says yeah. And well this person was supposed to be "unattached" now all of a sudden they aren't and the attachment benefited from my help. Meaning I assisted in rent and dude now staying there full time.

I had a lot of fat and carbs left for dinner, little protein. And I deadlifted today for the first time in a long time.
Had a whole pint of strawberry HT and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of no sugar added strawberry jam.
Tomorrow morning is Avatar weigh in. I'm taking an average from the last weigh in through tomorrow. I think the average is going to be in the 262s, which would be a loss of 3 pounds..So my macros should get increased.
BWW evening with work bros for the draft. High calorie day planned. Excited.

frick that sounds miserable to me. The fellas and I just squad up at one of our houses and someone picks up some quality pizza each year.
Passing on the pizza tomorrow though. Chicken and green beans for me.

Nah it's cool. We get about 15-20 guys and basically take up a whole bar seating area and watch the draft. It's fun.

Well, I was correct in my average weight assumption but incorrect in guessing how Avatar would treat it. It kept my macros the same.

I am planning a high day, carbs at 162 and fats at 75, protein stays 189.
If I'm gonna drink beer, it's gonna be something I enjoy. Thinking an IPA.
Unfortunately the real carb count of whatever beer, wine, or liquor im tracking doesn't matter; Avatar advises using your fat and carb macros to fit the alcohol in, so if I drink a 200 calorie beer, I put in a 50carb entry into MFP.
