I had a few cups of coffee this morning. That was it until 1:30.

I had some Italian sausage and peppers with just a few slices of the onion.

I'm gonna make a flax wrap pizza with Rao's for dinner with the rest of the sausage tonight. I'll keep it under 30 carbs today, and it's my second day in a row of IF. Feeling better already. Slept better last night, too.

It's easy to get off of keto and think you don't want to do it anymore. But if you take a month off or so, and start feeling tired/moody, getting back to IF and keto makes you feel better. It's not just for losing weight, imo.

I'm around 205-206 now. Gonna try to get under 200 by the end of April. Under 195 by May.

That's the goal anyway. Doesn't matter. I'm gonna look dead sexy at Arse's wedding.

Where is the cliffs notes/executive summary of IF? lsu777's google drive link has tons of info that I'm sure is great, but I have no clue where to start. I really don't care about a detailed history of IF, I just want to know what the hell it is.

Good work. I've been very productive thus past 3.5 weeks in keto and have far more energy for workouts and laser focus at work. Barely touching the cocaine at this point.

Thanks. These two days haven't been easy.

Not much sleep. Or food.

My workout energy has dipped, but I feel okay the rest of the time.

Do you guys have a "go to" meal that you end up cooking over and over?

I find that meal prepping for the day is pretty routine now, but my evening meal more often than not is two scrambled eggs, 2 slices of tomato, cheese and sour cream.
I'm having trouble being creative for more than a couple meals a day. And I like eggs, so it's whatever I guess.

I buy a large pack of boneless skinless chicken beasts and an 8npack of hamburger patties 90/10.

A large thing of spinach for salad and a bunch of asparagus and squash. Bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Cheese cubes and salted almonds for snacks. A few quest bars for when I'm on the run.

Flax wrap calzone for dinner tonight. Not go to, but I can keep the carbs low with one of these. Had sausage, pepperoni, black olive, cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and Rao's.

I know they look bad.

The flax wrap isn't as good as deep dish. I get it.
But it's a nice fix.

At this point I would destroy anything that remotely looks like bread. Will be enjoying a double what a burger with cheese on my birthday a few weeks from now. :Bartscott:

The deep dish crust here is actually surprisingly like crust.

Yet another thing I'd forgotten I ever wanted: Lou Malnati's sausage crust pizza. Dammit.
