I added unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 tablespoon of Velvet cheese until I can get used to it.

I haven't played in a few weeks, so I was stiff & rusty. I also chose tonight to break in new shoes, and it felt like trying to run in swim fins. They were so stiff. Tennis shoes tend to be stiffer than regular sneakers, but damn. It was bumming me out & super frustrating. Tomorrow will be better. To keep it relevant to this thread, yay for exercise.

We did most of our session last night in a cold drizzle, and still managed to sweat out enough to burn an extra 500 cals. I like working out, but I still believe with all my heart that burpees are in fact, the devil.

Been a bad start to the week. me and the now ex broke up last week and so I've been eating my feelings in an effort not to be sloppily drunk daily. I think I got all of that out of my system and threw away the rest of the carbs that were left over after last night (1/3 of a box of double stuffed oreos) and the remaining chips from mexican I had for dinner. Kickball is thursday which will be a good excuse to get drunk and be with people but I'll try and stick to whiskey and diet. Now is the time to buckle down and keep up the good fight after letting my guard down for a few days. choo-choo mfers!

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah,

while I was picking up my dessert last night from the grocery store next to the mexican restaurant I went in search of ice cream and found out that The Pig (Piggly Wiggly) that is like 2 minutes from my apartment now carries Halo Top. no more trips to whole foods for me!

Haven't had it in a while. And Last week I gave up dairy all together. No cheese or heavy whipping cream. Also gave up any and all artificial sweeteners even though I don't use them often.

haven't had it since lent started. Gonna try to stay away the whole time. Even though my first week of lent was in Iceland and included croissants and real ice cream .

But pain train moving along.

Fasted all day for this feast last night. Hopefully nothing too carby in that salsa verde. (garlic and lemon I'd guess) Took down the whole redfish and a lamb kabob. Didn't touch those potatoes.

looks good baw! I have been sticking with the 16/8 fast pretty easy.... actually it is usually 17/7 just due to my schedule. Hitting the gym hard daily, and been doing abs between each set while in the gym (something i never done). I just need to start some cardio, but the weather wont cooperate. Been wet/cool in evenings when im off.

no prob.. They are very low calorie and a good source of protein also. You can mix it up some days and make an omlet with some ham, onions and peppers and veggies.

Might be time for a little before/after pic action.

I'm at 205. Feel fat AF
I need to drop 10 lbs before the weather gets nice. I'm ready to swim, but the damn water is so cold.

I looked at a pic from July of 2016. Man, I need to get back on that zero carb/vodka routine each night.

It's easy to quit drinking beer when it's hot.

It's also easier to get in the pool.
I'm building up my wind and mid section to even attempt laps again. Maybe by the end of the week I'll hit it up. The swimmer high is pretty addictive. Not sure there's anything else that can touch it.
