Getting my shite together this week. I have this stupid resistance to MFP, but I'm going to force myself to log on there every day. I need the accountability.

i found that logging all mine the day before is easier. Basically plan what i am going to eat the next day. Log it all, and get it all together the nighy before.

That's me but I log everything in the morning. Makes it easier to adjust for the day and I feel like I'm out ahead of it rather than trying to cut or make up percentages in the evening.

That is smart. It's what I've done in the past when I was serious. I need to start planning ahead again. I'm not gaining yet, but I know I will if I keep it up.

I had a cheat day and still stayed below my calories for the day. I actually hit my protein goals for the past 2 days, also staying under 1500 calories.
Today I am biting the bullet and eating a chicken patty. I hate chicken, but I will force myself to eat it. Maybe will start switching pork and chicken daily so it does not get old.
Tomorrow or next day I need to start egg whites in morning but just did not have time today.
I still do not know what to do with this ground turkey. I do not know if I should just brown it, make patties or what.

i just brown mine.
Eat in a bowl with some kale or lettuce, onions, peppers, broccoli. Some of that waldean farms dressing. Just toss a bunch of green stuff in and enjoy.
You can make patties if you want.
Season with cumin, onion and garlic powder and ms dash

you can use whatever you like. It is just loaded with sodium/salt. So That is up to you if you wana retain water and feel bloated or not.

I have no idea that is why I asked, I am averaging 65-80 oz water per day lately.

You can try & see how you feel. I eat a ton of salt & don't have issues with fluid retention. I may just be permanently bloated so I don't even notice.

try it and see... i normally drink 140-160 oz of water daily and kee my sodium around 800-900mg.
When i use tonys, or mcormicks and salt based stuff i just feel like im holding water and bloated feeling. Eat it this week with it.... eat it next week without, and see if you can tell a difference
