Have to finish hanging drywall on ceilings and clean out tools and stuff by Sunday. Got a crew coming in Monday to tape and float ceilings. Won't have much time to eat

I miss it.

Excuse the stupid question, but you know...

What if I grilled a piece of 4 oz sirloin, porkchop, chicken, or turkey the night before and took it to lunch at school. Then continue with salad at dinner?

Also would adding scrambled egg whites to that for a breakfast be too much protein? Continue with my strawberry and unsweetened almond milk smoothie in AM

Also can I use Tony's or Slap Ya Mama as a seasoning?

Dude you need WAY more protein. Shoot for about 150 grams or more per day.

Don't listen to that nonsense. Replace some of your carbs with more protein and fats. They help your preserve muscle and are much more filling.

that would be great. The more lean protein you add the better. You cant get "too much" protein. Worst case your body pisses out excess protein.

i have told you, i eat 200-220 grams of protein most days. im 5'6 and weigh 155lbs... and 34 yrs old. Protein wont make you fat

also as far as seasons go... tonys and stuff is loaded with salt and cause you to retain water/feel bloated/and like shite. Best to stick to non salt season mixes like ms dash, onion/garlic powder and ceyene pepper. Also season with grilled onions and bell peppers of every color.

Sms have you considered starting a weight training program? That would really help you reach your goals as well.

Just weighed myself

195 so in 10 days I have lost 10 pounds. I know I will plateau soon that is why I was asking about the protein.

Weights, no I do not and I do not have a place in town to go.

that is all fine and dandy... if you can maintain same diet you are on forever. As soon as you change it one bit and slip up you will gain weight back faster than you lost it.

Here is what i finally learned... and it is no secret.... it is a lifestyle change. Diets work short term, but if its something i couldnt maintain forever, then its doing me no good. It is about changing your lifestyle. You need a ton more protein, you need to be eating in a way you can maintain forever and be satisfied/happy and not fall off the wagon (like you would a diet)

Why do you think I keep asking so many questions?
