i ran your numbers
Your TDEE is 2100cals (This is amount of calories you burn on a normal day of doing just what you are doing now daily)
You should be eating 1680 calories a day
under 100 carbs
and 155 grams of protein a day.
This will give you 1.5-2lb loss a week

MFP app has
1500 cal/day
188 g carbs/day
75 g Protein/day
50 g Fat/day
Is this a good idea to pick up the protein is to get turkey and eat 2 slices for lunch, with no bread. Continue to add the Tuna and have scrambled egg whites in morning.
The Sugars is where I am struggling to figure out where to drop. I think I am going to use 2 cup Unsweetend Almond Milk and add Vanilla Extract since I have some and drop the yogurt out of the smoothie I make in morning also cut out the clementines, start eating maybe apple slices as a snack. I need to keep the banaas as they help with K and I have noticed some soreness in calves since not eating them.

Are you talking about sandwich meat turkey?
And your sugars are commig from all the fruit and yogurt. Fruit is good... in moderation, but is LOADED with sugars. I avoid fruit 95% of the time. A banana a day wont hury, but if trying to lose weight i wouldnt be eating more than 1.
Egg whites are excellent, as well as turkey breast and chicken breast baked or grilled.
But this
is bogus... 75g of protein is not even close. You need to double that... cut out all the yogurt and add chicken/turkey/fish.

Yes going to deli and having them shave it at 1, not prepackaged

Just used Yogurt last couple days as an add in to 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries and some unsweetened almond milk for a breakfast drink. Earlier in thread someone suggested to get some for Protien. Had been eating 2 bananas a day, 1 at breakfast 1 at lunch. Clementines I had ate up to 4 a day, 2 at lunch and 2 as snacks during the night if got hungry. Bought some apple slices though trying that.

I despise all poultry the taste and texture makes me ill which is why I am trying sliced turkey from deli. I am adding Tuna to my salads at night and will try to find that dressing you posted earlier. If you have a picture of label be thankful.

Egg whites
Can it be the carton or do I need to separate myself?
ETA:
I consume between 65-120 oz of water a day also. I used to drink about 1 liter of coke a day. I have noticed the water has killed any hunger sensation. I think in past I confused hunger with thirst.

Do what works for you man... but all those fruits have a to of sugars. I think someone mentioned earlier if you have to eat fruit make it blackberries, blueberries, or rasberries. They still have the sugar but better than others, and have good fiber.

Even ground turkey? And if you dont like poultry, fish is fine. Any fish baked. Nothing wrong with tuna either. Just opt for lower sodium if you can. Alot of those packaged things have tons of sodium and will bloat you bad and hold water (which is why i asked was it packaged turkey or fresh)
As far as the dressing just google waldean farms dressing. You will see it. Walmart here carries ranch, thousand island, and intalian.
Yes egg whites from carton are fine. Thats what i eat.
And quitting the cokes are excellent. Thats prob why you lost so much right at first. Soft drinks are nothing but sugar and empty calories. You will feel much better without it also.

nothing wrong with tuna man. Just find some more lean protein in meats and eggs.
1- will keep you full longer
2- 4 or 5 oz of chicken/turkey/fish is less calories than a bag of tater chips.
3- lots more protein, no carbs or sugars

I have stopped consuming all of the following
Pizza (Salad Challenge)
Chips
Chocolate bars (Salad Challenge)
Bread (exception croutons on salad but just no more than 4)
Fast Food (Lent)
Cokes (lent)
Snack Cakes (Salad Challenge)
I hope to do this for 31 days. And then use the new diet you are helping me with to continue after the challenge as hopefully the want/cravings will have been killed.
The one thing that has been tough to give up is PBJ sandwiches. I love those and they are my comfort food.

sounds good, goodluck. I would stay off the fast food, soft drinks, and chips/junk food if you can. Your body will feel so much better.
Im glad you are not sticking to the salad only thing more than 31 days. Once you hit your new diet with upper protein and less sugars/carbs you should start to see differences in your body.
Also i would get measurements instead of living by the scale. Last year i went from 145 at one point to 153 and looked like i lost 15 lbs. Eating healthy foods, lean protein, and working out 4-5 days a week. The measurements are what mattters not a number on the scale.

It's only 10 day challenge but I extended it out but knew I could not go longer.

True, but I think I can notice a difference of some by my clothing.
I think I may have to find my Foreman grill and do some turkey or chicken on it. I know not to marinate it in Italian dressing as that will add sugars. My Aunt suggested to do that, I was like nope
ETA: Apologize to everyone for spamming this thread if I have.

haha yep... i use george foreman alot. Also try the ground turkey if you hadnt yet. I season with cumin, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix in some red, green, and yellow bell peppers and onions. cook it all up... throw about 8oz in a bowl, mix in some kale, broccoli or brussel sproutes and a splash of the waldean farms dressing... Thats my go to meal every night! good stuff

We use a foreman-type grill for pork chops frequently. They're super lean, so that may be another option for you? We marinate them in Lea & Perrins & McCormick's Barbecue Seasoning. Super flavorful & easy.

Oh noooo!! Did you play singles or doubles? 3.0 is rough. You have total beginners, and you have dudes who have been playing for years at that level (or who lied about their former tennis experience while self-rating), and really ought to be bumped up.
My team is riddled with knee injuries, so I'll be playing a match pretty every single week til mid-May.

doubles
Yea I need to be in 2.5 I guess. They could tell it was my first match ever.

Are you passable in drag? My team needs more 2.5s

We'd be an intimidating doubles pair! (apart from my inability to stop laughing at you as a drag queen)
