Ranch dressing and the hot sauce mixs is good. Only 2g carbs in most ranch.

I don't mess with Ranch

Blue cheese, a little vinegar, some yogurt or something to hold it all together. I dip celery in that.

Hardly any carbs. And if there are, I don't mind. I'm not trying to be dead sexy.

I love Moores.. But they use margarine instead of butter and it has hydrogenated soybean oil. No Bueno. Trans fats.

Frank's Red Hot Buffalo is damn good. Also look for Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo sauce

Yeah. It's not bad.
Not something I'll get again.

The numbers made me try it. Didn't pay attention to the science.

They got me with that too. Then one day the father-in-law pointed out the hydrogenated oil and I got sad. Out of the commercially available sauces, Moores was my favorite.

I'd rather a jug of buffalo inferno.

That's my next move for wings.
Honestly, my honey, siracha, crystal, and Tabasco sauce is better than that Moores stuff.

Yeah I prefer homemade sauce too, but I always keep some commercial stuff on deck in case I'm in a rush and want to throw some on some chicken breast or thigh. Keep hot sauce and Buffalo sauce at work, too. I'm obsessed with hot sauce

Speaking of carbs, what are the macros on horse meat? I'm nervous about this icelandic food. Maybe I'll shed the 10lbs I'll surely put on the next few days of Mardi Gras eating.

I'll just grab a bottle of Blue Oak inferno sauce and cover up whatever local delicacy I eat.

Can you get me some autographs?

I want the Mountain's for sure. Magnus is second favorite.

Also, grape.

Hafthor won't be there. He's in Ohio for the Arnold Strongman Classic.

Want me to get you one of his shirts?

194/173.6/165

Day 5 of Whole 30: Round 2. Went two weeks without doing it and felt like complete shite anytime I'd eat something unhealthy. Gonna try and complete this round, hopefully get down to 160-165, then treat it more as a 90/10 ratio. It's just too strict of a program to do forever.
