I'm sure it does. Just stating what personally works best for me. I agree that weightlifting is imperative.

Yeah that what I have heard. High protein and weight lifting will do better than just cardio and low carb. Especially when thinking long term.

Personally, low carb and cardio for strictly weight loss. If you're aiming for muscle growth, best to lift weights.

unless you're targeting a specific weight to win a contest or something, the goal should be fat loss, not weight loss. Retain as much lean body mass as possible while losing fat. Weight training and adequate protein while help to retain the LBM during a calorie deficit/cut

chicken and green beans

even after 3-4 weeks of eating this twice a day, it still sounds better than a subway salad.

Well. I am, but I don't want to immediately gain it all back either.

Subway chopped salads are much better than I expected. They sounded so depressing til I tried it.

Spicy Italian with mozzarella. It's surprisingly filling.

What are you having for dinner?

Flax wraps with grilled chicken, cheddar, sour cream, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and salsa.

Trying to get a deer in the freezer this evening. Season's almost over.
