Listening to it now.. Started in my car, but half of my 20 minute drive was fricking advertisements. Joe needs to speed up the advertisements.

Always gotta fast forward till the 8 or 9 minute mark in Rogan's podcast. I can appreciate it because there's no interruptions after

Ah okay, this is my first time listening to his podcast.
Usually listen to dave ramsey and the art of charm. Need to expand my library. Got a few other's saved but it'd have to be listened to while driving. Can't focus on in depth stuff while at work.

Both, but as you get down to the lower body fat %s, its best to switch to a low fat style of cutting. Keto is fine for losing weight in general, but once you are to a low enough body % its best to start cycling carbs with occassional carb refeeds and limit fat intake. I was in the same boat as you, I switched to lean gains and it knocked off the rest of my fat. You want to limit fat storage on workout days especially, and to get below 15% body fat and closer to the 10% range you have to limit fat intake overall.
Not really true. Low carb works just as effeciently as any other form of dieting at those percentages. But you do more refeeds as leptin levels and metabolism(mainly T4 to T3 conversion) tends to drop quickly.
Old school bodybuilders use to run a seafood diet. Only white seafood, as much as you wanted grilled or steamed, with only green veggies(think rapid fatloss diet-psmf) for as long as they could, then they would pig out on pasta and steak for a day then get back on. It was an unintentional refeed before a refeed was even known about and they got down to 5% but without the drying out that the pros now use. and this is for below 10%.
also limiting fat intake at those levels is one of the worse things you can do as it crashes your test.
from 10-15% there is absolutely no issue using keto and actually its going to be the more effecient method.
no offense but you should not give advice if you aren't going to get accurate information. Everyone here knows I have a love affair with Lean gains and carb cycling/carb backloading in general but the info you just put out is wrong, period.

Congrats hulk, gonna be a nice wedding indeed. Whats the lowest you have ever gotten to since you started this journey?

Apologies - should've noted you have to fast forward all his podcasts 6-8 minutes.

So this morning I had a little whoosh effects and am down to 189.1 this morning. This is the lowest I have been since last august. Got about 10 lbs left to go to get sub 10% bodyfat and I start lean bulking. Got to make this happen by the end of february.
But I am so fricken sick of chicken breast. It has become disgusting. Last night I had it and roasted sprouts with a honey balsamic vinigarette on it and ended up throwing half away as I was gagging eating it. Gonna switch to extra lean ground beef for a few days and a little veal maybe. and of course sashimi, lots of it.
then gonna have to figure out how to make the chicken better once i get tired of those. maybe go back to lettuce wraps.

Looking at MFP for data to back this up..
3/30/2013 I logged at 250. When I first joined the original putta thread, 250 was my first goal. I hit that goal and then celebrated too much and unraveled, never saw 250 again. After logging 250, I didn't put in a weight again until 5/20/13 at 263 pounds. Then I still didn't log again after that until 8/03/13 at 268 pounds. Then I buckled down and got back to 256, but unraveled and just gained all the way back up to 306 until I started up again last year.
I like the graph of the last year, though.

Awesome job, 777! I'm loving all the new lows we are hitting in here.
I get tired of chicken pretty quickly. You're a boss for sticking to it this far.

Wedding is Saturday, rehearsal is Friday. Out-of-towners are starting to flow in today though. I'm planning to maintain IF for now, but i'm reintroducing carbs and fats today. I don't want to wind up sick because I went from PSMF to eating all sorts of shite without some reintroduction in the middle.
Dinner with some out-of-towners tonight and tomorrow. I'm planning on keeping lunch pretty light, but I have the biggest want for a fat, juicy hamburger, and I'm planning to indulge in that desire for dinner. Had to eat a few pieces of chicken this morning bc antibiotics and multivitamin had my stomach upset.
