Dinner was:
1/3rd of a spaghetti squash, 1/3rd of a jar of Rao's, a little parm, and a link of mild Italian from Fresh Market.

Obviously a coffee newb but is half and half ok? Only 1g carb per serving

You on the keto train?

I used heavy whipping cream, it is less "processed" than half and half. Other options, coconut milk or cream, and kerrygold butter...

Dairy didn't sit well for me after a heavy use of cream for two years so I phased it out to all black

Just reread the past couple of post for you on here, having bloated feeling? what is you carb intake and are you getting enough fats in? That may be the cause. I have terrible bloating on most carbs, but upping the fats is natures own laxative.

I am

I saw what I thought was heavy whipping cream this morning at race trac but wasn't entirely sure. I don't like not having nutrition labels

Also didn't want to break my fast so I just got black

yeah, stick to black unless it is your own. My girl HATES it when I ask if they have cream and specify half and half is not heavy whipping cream at coffee shops. I get stares.

BP coffee to start the day, followed by a mean spinach and kale smoothie.

Been a while since I've had a spinach smoothie. Man, those things are awesome with some strawberry whey.

Gotta get that going tomorrow.

I've got to try that. For some reason adding spinach to a smoothie just doesn't flow. I'm sure it tastes great and I'm not very picky so I don't know why I haven't tried it.

Do y'all ever feel like total arse before a substantial drop? I had aches & chills last night, and woke up a couple lbs lighter. I've noticed this in the past, and just ride it out, but it can suck.

Plus side: I feel better today & weigh less. Yay.

Negative. What's your eating regimen?

A major side effect for me since starting keto is that my bladder has seemingly shrunk in half. I get the urge to pee but only go about half of my normal volume.

Intermittent fasting, maybe? I forgot to eat dinner last night. I played tennis for a couple hours & it was after 9 when I got home, so I decided to skip. I'm sure that didn't help.

Have you had your prostate checked? I'm sure things are fine, but low carb gives me the opposite issue, where I feel like I pee a ton more.

I swear the process didn't even come to mind when I asked that. Yeahhh...I'm sure most guys aren't lining up to go in for frequent checks for fun. Glad to be a girl, in that regard.
