lol. double stacks with no bun, ketchup or onions are keto friendly for my lazy arse. You couldn't pay me to go to a grocery store on a day that James Spann says snow or wintry mix on tv in the state of Alabama.

I'm just messing with you man

I hadn't had fast food all year and then my pops brought me a salad from wendy's a couple weeks ago. It was awful. Chicken had the texture of rubber.

This melt is healthier than others I've seen.

777 that's a shite ton of protein per meal!

I felt like shite yesterday afternoon for not having any carbs all day. I ran 9 miles that am. I'll just keep my carbs sub 100 while training.

well you need 205 for the day. Get it however you want. not gonna really make a difference when or how you get it, just get it.

and might seem like a lot but when its the only thing you are eating outside of some green veggies, well its not so much anymore.

It doesn't seem like that much to me

Two big ole chicken breasts per day. I must've been over eating my entire life.

Love me some healthy course, in fact I just ordered some more veggies from there a minute ago.

Not trying to get knocked out of keto just yet...maybe I'll try one at the end of the month.

That description reminds me of those meatloaf "cakes".

Got on the scale this morning and I'm 9.5 lbs down total since Sunday morning. Obviously a ton of water weight but I'm definitely pleased

Someone give me a simple, delicious keto recipe I could throw together tonight. Stepping away from the fryer

Awesome job!! I stand by water weight still being excess weight, so its loss isn't something to write off. That's a huge win this week!

Kinda late with suggestions, but I've had this saved:

Someone make it for me!

Idk. Not going way overboard and binging like I used to do on cheat meals. Just something with a substantial amount of carbs compared to how I've been eating

ETA: and I concur on the steak. Only thing I have to experiment on is a dipping sauce. No matter how good the steak is I always want Heinz 57. Obviously not using it tonight but I want to find some keto friendly sauce for steaks
