Do you eat all 3lbs of meat pizza as one serving?

Asking for a friend

No, I can do 1.5. but it is a struggle. I usually do around 1lbs. Probably eat a .5 lbs at work. so only 4 or 5 days. Depends on if I have chicken or eggs around too. I don't need variety.

I may do that for my lunches next week and just eat it cold when I'm at work

Shouldn't get lean beef huh?

I've never had it cold, but maybe if you like beef cold? IDK.

The original recipe calls for lean 93-7. I use 80-20.

If I had access to homegrown grass fed beef (like I said family has beef cattle) would that be optimal?

Only problem with cold ground beef is the fat congeals and it has an awful texture. I can't eat ground beef cold. Otherwise I'm not too picky about cold food

All grass fed is optimal. It just isn't AS important to seek it out. The ratios of O3 to O6 fatty acids aren't as wide as one would believe in grass vs grain. But grass is better.

To hulk- me neither, I don't eat it cold. Personal preference.

Best breakfast idea I have had in a while.. We made a Crustless quiche, but put chicken breast in it. Also has feta, tomatoes, spinach, and banana peppers. A square of that plus a protein shake for breakfast is almost half a day's worth of protein

Macros for one square

I'm about to sound like an old fart, but man I fricking hate New Years. You get this forced feeling of needing to go out and not sit at home alone. Everything is packed and expensive and all my friends go different ways so I have to pick what sounds least boring. On top of that I just wanna wake up early Sunday morning and go lift.

Just ready to start this damn crash diet.

I've been seeing some friends of mine are trying the whole 30. What is the end goal of this. Diet change, cleanse?

whole30 is about eating non processed foods. Grass Fed beef, veggies, fruits, clarified butter. No diary and no fattening up paleo with crazy " paleo cheesecakes" so no almond flour.

essentially it is strict paleo. very strict. Great diet though for health and losing weight.

Is it a lifestyle change or more of a 30 day quit eating junk and slim down?

Will probably try to do the fat fast. My biggest thing will we cutting out the sugar. I also just got a new puppy, so will be getting more exercise in the evenings taking him for walks. And we live in a very hilly area, so that will be good, too.

I will probably not post my actual weight, but will do something like weight loss goal is 50/ current lost is 0.
