Since the beginning of the year. I lost 10 around the time I joined this thread, fricked around & maintained that for months, and started losing again mid-September. I'm down 19 since the beginning of September.

I'm not even sure. I'm not tracking anything carefully. This week, I blame macadamia nuts. They are magical. You've been replaced, Halo Top!

No lifting :-/ I did make myself do like 15 squats last night, FWIW

I have tennis tonight & don't want to faint, so I'm making myself eat more today.

Start/current/goal.


Goal is a little too high, I will likely need to go at least 200. I'm 6'2. Buy I set that goal years ago and never hit it so I'm sticking with it for now
