Does stress cause weight loss?

I should be under 200 for sure.

Blah :( I'm sorry you're stressed. I think it might. I weigh a pound less now than I did when I weighed first thing this morning.

Depends.. Usually weight gain I think. Stress causes cortisol release which can inhibit weight loss. Couple that with stress eating and weight can pile on. If youre someone who doesn't eat when stressed then obviously you will lose weight.

Day 1 of my 3 day fat fast is done. Added about a gallon and a half of water and some creatine to those 1,100 calories.

Feel fine besides almost fainting during my leg workout.

Yes! I get kinda lightheaded whenever I stand up too fast tonight. Had to bend down to lower my head for a few seconds til the blood caught up to my brain. Seems legit.

Nothing beats the rush of coming back into consciousness in a confused state, body tingling, and possibly wetting your pants.

You think? Dorothy seems so grouchy.

I've only seen one Hallmark movie. My coworker insisted I look like one of the actresses, so I watched. I don't.

Well, the old NitroMobile died yesterday. She had a good run.

Haven't had a note on a vehicle in years. Prolly gonna dip into my beer budget. Maybe it's for the best.
