i've never seen them there (except in mixed nuts), but that doesn't mean yours won't have them. I get my roasted ones from Costco and raw from farmer's market. Some Whole Foods sell them in bulk.

was very hungry...salad wasn't going to be enough today so I ended up going to some little hole in the wall down the road. The sign outside literally says "wings". Killed 15 garlic parm wings with room to spare.

Breakfast: 4 scrambled jumbo eggs, 2 slices of bacon. 500 cals

Lunch..grilled chicken salad w/blue cheese dressing. Was only like 350 cals, im gon be hungry come dinner time.

People told me I looked petite It was misleading for height without a normal sized woman next to me for context.
