So finished day 1 of the fat fast (1000 calls @90% fat) sucked arse but thanksgiving is gonna be epic. Good news is even after a pretty epic cheat day I still weighed in under 200 this morning.

Pain train didn't roll too hard this weekend. Need to step my game up, I'm back in my old routine of doing well during the week then screwing up on the weekend.

Problem is: Grand Reserve Day is this Saturday. Have a hotel room and all. I was supposed to be really good the last couple of weekends in preparation for it, but I failed.
