I am doing the 90% from fat version at about 1000kcals but by the time I add my fish oil to it, it's closer to 1100. 90% is crazy hard to get to unless you only have bulletproof/Keto coffee all day. Gonna do this for the max length of 10 days and thanksgiving will be epic. Will eat normal for Black Friday and that Saturday then back at it for 10days and then I will reaches. Trying to be a steady 185 before New Years.
Goal is to be 185-188 @ sub 10%bf by end of next year. Doable but very hard.

That's my goal. But not by New Years.
Maybe by January 27th, which would be one year to be day I started paying attention to diet and exercise. Got less than 13lbs to go to get there.

So what exactly are you eating for it each day (meal plan)?

I haven't decided on lunch yet. I drank a bunch of coffee, so my appetite is dead. I may buy some macadamia nuts & just start the fat fast today.

Been getting my fast on all day. Might head to rouses and load up a nice salad and eat half for lunch half for dinner along with a little rusty iron and a protein shake.
