Need to deadlift and squat though.

Don't forget about all that. That's why I can still ace every nerd on this site. And outdrive them.

My instinct was to whine about additional effort. But I remembered I'm not here to whine. There's no room for that on the #train. Squats tonight.

#paintrain was for real this morning, I was tired as hell. Took a good 20 minutes into my lifting before I wasn't sleepwalking through the workout.

You can whine. But, only about #Pain.

Like after you've done legs, or deadlift.

Nobody's in the mood to read about your weekends of carbs, or your aunt's husband's cousin's husband's dog's birthday party at the park and how they had pizza, or shrimp and grits, and you drank Envie.

I know, I know. I'll cut back on the beer posts. It's getting out of hand.

Lifting at night is weird.

I liked waking up at 4:45, but now I don't fall asleep until at least 11.

I hate it. Wish I could wake up at like 6:30 and still have time to hit the gym.

Just hit the lottery and retire. Pretty easy solution.

New low this morning, thanks to Vyvanse. Quickly converting to an all-pharmaceutical diet. Pretty soon, I won't need food at all.

Just spent a week in Philadelphia for work being wined and dined.

So when i left new orleans my luggage was 48 lbs. Today, it was 57lbs. Definitely a metaphor.

My future involves some pain and a train. Back to the grind upon return.

Not a new low today, but down by about .8. Pain train in full effect.
