Went off the reservation yesterday. Been a while, but I feel like shite today. In the gym this morning. Ruths Chris tonight.. Planned my day around the calories I'm going to eat there, and I'm gonna be hungry most of the day

I did an IF for 15 hours
Then:

My SO won her weight loss challenge, won a good pot of money from it, and it was her sister's bday yesterday, so we have been in a bit of a celebratory mode Sunday and yesterday. No more, back to the #paintrain.

I ate a ton of crap yesterday for my b-day (no, I'm not your future SIL). I didn't gain, but I'm attempting to fast today to kinda reset my desire to eat sweet stuff. Bring on the #pain.

I have been eating a lot better on the weekends. One meal each day, but have been drinking some beer on Saturdays while tailgating.
Also, just started taking creatine to put some more muscle mass on. Ain't even gonna get on a scale for a month or so with this water weight going on.

Usually I eat pretty well even though I drink for LSU games but this weekend for some reason I just ate everything as well. Felt terrible

Same. It's amazing how much it affects the way I feel. Like, I feel 30 lbs fatter even though the scale stayed the same.
I know I'm not going to continue to be so lucky with not gaining. Getting my shite together.
