I need help remembering this. I understand Season 7 of the Netflix Series, "Chef's Table" will focus on BBQ. Should be good, but I will not remember September 1 (old guy memory problems). My hope is someone here will remind me when the time comes and it starts.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

By the way, if you haven't seen this Netflix series, the shows are really good, and you have six years to enjoy. I think I will watch them again one day soon.

What was I talking about?

I heard this announcement yesterday and am very much looking forward to it. I'll probably go back and rewatch some of the earlier episodes as it's been a while.

One of my favorite episodes was the Michelin chef cooking at a cabin in Patagonia.

So many good episodes. I really liked the one about Christina Tosi. Also the one about the seafood restaurant in some isolated place in France "La Marine".

yes, that one is awesome

I also watched the desserts/pastries season after getting through the rest of them.

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

My wife and I love this show.

I love this series. I know Snow’s BBQ is one of the places they’re doing

I think Gaggan may have been my favorite.

Also, Chef's Table France is in the same mold as long as you're fine with subtitles.

I’ve watched a number of episodes here and there, mostly when I was stuck on long flights. Am I the only person underwhelmed by the series? It comes off as very PR driven, not especially insightful. Kind of like long form advertising....have I just caught lame episodes? If so, tell me which ones are interesting.

As a barbecue fanatic I’m really looking forward to it. Snow’s is legit and Kerry, Ms. Tootsie and Clay are all really great people. Hope things will get back to normal in the near future so they can go back to serving barbecue for breakfast on Saturdays.

It's definitely not a "cooking show". More of a documentary on each chef's career arc.

Personally, I think they got a little to repetitive at times with the avant garde types with a redemption story.
Gaggan, Alex Atala, Ivan Orkin, and Dario Cecchini were probably my favorites.
