Townhouse without a big enough patio

I’d get that other one but then it would go to waste after I buy the big boy next year. We entertain all the time so the big one is definitely what I would want.

22" griddle W/ legs, hood, bulk propane attachment

I'm considering this one. I like that you could use big or small or regular propane tanks, also very portable. Has legs or you can use it as a table top, also comes with hood. I was worried 22" would be pretty small, but i saw it in walmart as i passed and i tihnk it may be fine for small family.

Man, I want this. Don't know if I can push my Weber grill to the side for this though.

I'd still get a grill mat for it. Because bacon.

Justify it this way. It is going to be a lot cheaper than any Weber Grill I've seen by far. I have a Weber Genesis 3 burner and that thing set me back just over $700.

I'm kind of in the same boat. It's a pretty good price, and I like the rear grease trap, trash can, and cutting board. I used a friend's a couple weeks ago and he has the old grease trap model. This new design appears to address the complaints I had about it. It makes it really tempting to pull the trigger.

I think I'm going to pass this go-around. That's $209 I can put towards a new brewing system.

Does it get hot enough to blacken fish? Dont need it white hot like the Paul Pruhomme method but hotter than normal.

Leaning towards a 240V all-in-1 BIAB setup, like the Wort Hog. I'm looking at around $1300 with the upgrades I want (15 gallon SS kettle, blichmann pump, longer cord, and whirlpool attachment).
