Any time you have leftover turkey / chicken stock, just pour it in an ice tray and freeze it.

4 qubes = 1/2 cup

ETA
Yes, this is the freezer on my beer fridge and I had no idea there was a Boston butt, or ice cream, are most importantly a pound of crawfish tails!!!

Do you remove them once frozen and freeze so there’s no freezer burn?

Yes
My Wife takes them out of the ice tray, then seals them in her vacuum freezer bag thing...

Yeah, I love how easy it is to dose out, especially if you vacuum seal in 1 cup pouches.

I’ve read about the cubes, but I usually just reduce the stock and freeze in small containers.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I can't think of a single time that I have ever needed one ice cube worth of chicken stock.

we freeze our chicken stock in pint sized mason jars. Probably use too much to do it in ice cube trays. We do freeze our pizza sauce in ice cube trays. Basil too (in a little water).
