Yeah, I don't think dragging her into court to share the employee WhatsApp is going to go well for a restaurant.

She was a 12 year employee, best let that go and hope you can replace her with someone you can keep employed for another 12 years.

Went to POC once, wasn’t close to the best.

It's a good hamburger and damn good baked potato. The atmosphere though, to me, is by far one of the best in the Quarter. The juke box and the vibe are legendary and a great place to sit in the air conditioning and nurse a hangover.

Damned good baked potato? They use those crappy hard arse bacos instead of real bacon bits. How much are they saving per potato by using those crappy tasting gravel bits? Halfway decent burger and meh potato.

there is a place in my heart for a medium rare burger, loaded potato and a couple monsoons from port of call. I’m glad it’s there when the mood strikes

The potato is fine. I'm not a fan of the handfull of cold cheese on my medium burger.

since I know what I’m getting I can appreciate the sharpness of the unmelted cheese against the grease of the burger. I like it both ways

Back in the late 90s/early 00s I shot pool for a bar on the corner of Chartres and Toulouse and between matches my teammates and I would step outside to get some fresh air. The back kitchen access for the old Raplh and Kacoo's was on Toulouse and we used to watch DOZENS of rats the size of chihuahuas scampering in and out of the doors.

Anyone would be delusional to believe they can go to ANY restaurant in the Quarter and not have a chance of there being rodents or insects in the kitchens or common areas. The area is a 300 year old rodent Disneyland.
