I have to try this thing. I read this thread like once a week and my mouth waters. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but there is one somewhat close to my home. May be cheat meal Sunday

Yeah frick this thread. I have tried hard not to eat fast food. There’s a Popeyes .5 miles from my office. I got the PSCS on Tuesday and today for lunch.

So I've tried it 3 times at 3 different locations over the last month.
I like the bun. I like the chicken breast itself - very juicy.
But I find the breading to be too thick. I think it takes away from the chicken itself. The breading seems thicker than the one they use on their regular fried chicken or even their tenders.

we have a reservation out of state at a treehouse airbnb we are surprising the kids with and my wife wants to get popeyes for our picnic
i try to limit my popeyes visits to once a year because i have zero self control when presented with their chicken. its too much to have it again so soon for me.
