They had a chicken sandwich in the early 90s. They pretty much only made them when they were ordered and would basically yell at you if you ordered one and of course direct you to pull to the side.
They were delicious, but these are even better.

See the only I got a few weeks ago looked nothing like that. Probably why I preferred CFA spicy sandwich to that one. That looks phenomenal.

Not a huge Popeyes guy, but tried the mild version this weekend and was highly impressed. Bigger than expected and great flavor. Will be back.

I tried the sandwich today. They may have not put much of the spicy sauce in there because I was extremely underwhelmed with the spiciness. Were my expectations too high or something?
