Who else loves Pop Tarts? What is your favorite kind?

I've recently rekindled my passion for these things, especially the frosted blueberry flavor.

Toast that baby just right to give it that little crunch on the sides and warmth in the middle, and you have a little piece of breakfast food stuff heaven.

Oh, and add butter if you are feeling really bold. Mmmmmmm...

Never was a big Pop Tart fan. When I ate them strawberry was my favorite. My wife and sons like them though. The old kind were better IMO.
Without that wierd frosting.

They were much tastier before they swapped out the foil/paper containers for that crappy thin-foil thing they're in now. It took like 5 years before they learned how to package them without burning them in that new packaging. They sucked for years.

Having said that, Pop-tarts suck. Here's the real deal:

Nothing beats these bad boys.

Here's to Milton!

Forgot about those Danish go-round things CAD703X - thanks for the reminder. I remember eating them by following the "pattern" of pastry around and around.....

How longa ago must that have been?

OH YEAH BABY. That's the only way to eat them..round and round until you're left with the yummy middle.

I think they were too big for toasters in the early 70s and caught a few on fire which is why they took them off the market.

But you know..toasters are wider now to work with bagels...

They're one of my favorite forms of pogey bait: not that great when other options are available but they can't be beat in the field.

Cinnamon and brown sugar.

Vanilla Milkshake--new flavor.

For a while they were making mint chocolate but I can't find them anywhere. The half & half Splits with choc. & vanilla were good too.
