If it’s not a store pick, I usually don’t bother with it. Lots better bottles at that price point

For non-donut style-Keller's Bakery (blueberry cream cheese is my favorite). Recently tried Twins King Cake and was impressed.

Go to Matt's bar and get the "Jucy Lucy" (yes it's misspelled)...
It's a burger with cheese cooked into the patty that oozes out of the middle of the burger...an explosion of awesomeness in your mouth (TWSS)

We went today, got the Christmas in July and the chicken caesar one...
Both were awesome, that ciabatta bread was warm, soft and crispy on the edges...
Certainly a place we'll be putting in the lunch rotation...great service too!

yes, mine is doing the same
I really like the caeser from The Chimes, esp. with the blackened chicken
I've seen it a few places, but none of them carry it for the long term...
I had a sample of it at mellow mushroom for the first time...
Then again, I had my first taste of Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss there as well, and I'm not sure if it even hit the cooler there...

southside is perfect for that, they have cakes like that prepared for you when you walk in or they could make it...the red velvet is a good choice

Sullivan's is very good, but I also really like Tsunami's fried calamari. They call them "Inka Fries" and the sauce you dip it in is awesome
I agree with all of Sassy's choice but here are some more:
Tokyo Live
Peking Garden
The Filling Station
Pizza Village
Legend's Annex (right behind Legend's on Jefferson)
