Pomegranate ideas

I don't typically eat fruit, much more of a veggie guy. But I love pomegranates. Harvest is in full swing, so I picked up a bunch. I typically just eat them plain, anyone have a recipe with poms? I have some carnitas on the slow cooker, I think some pom seeds in the tortilla with feta, a little onion, and cilantro might be a great combo. I'll put up some dinner pics

Bon Appetit has a recipe I've always wanted to make. Roasted eggplant stuffed with cumin spiced ground beef. The sauce underneath is a garlicky Greek yogurt.

Chicken livers with pomegranate molasses is delicious! I've never made it, myself, but I've had it from a restaurant.

I'm not sure where to get chicken livers, I like calf liver though so may give it a spin and see what happens. Thanks

Pomegranate seeds are nice in guacamole.

That photo looks good, I guess because I love chicken livers.
I think a nice pomegranate molasses would go well with lots of different meat dishes.

Most any grocery store will carry chicken livers. They shouldn't be hard to find at all. This does sound like an excellent recipe, if you like chicken livers. I'm looking forward to trying it.

It really does. I cut up a beef heart, marinated it in hot sauce and milk, seasoned it with a dry rub that included tumeric, and fried the strips in a spicy oil. It was really good -- and might have been even better with a pomegranate molasses dipping sauce.
