I guess I have to know what this means
I can give a lot of suggestions but it depends on what you are looking for. Kids?

-Halls Steakhouse on King Street is fantastic. Its become a chain but this is the main one. Great vibes
-Husk by Sean Brock is classic Lowcountry cuisine
-Malagon is a great Spanish restaurant
-167 Raw Oysters is my favorite seafood bar in the city. Outstanding vibes
-The Ordinary is also pretty good
All of these are pretty upscale places, but good locations for a nice lunch or formal dinner
-Hymans Seafood is also really good and a legendary place in the city but can have a wait (more kid-friendly than the rest)

We went explore Mount Pleasant area today… ate at Saltwater Cowboys
Very laid back watching the boats roll in

The food scene in Charleston is great.
I'm worthless on eating places with kids though
Its definitely a bit of a upscale couples city
I did see people eating with kids at 167 though.
Poogan's Porch is probably pretty kid friendly. That might be a good option.
Fleet Landing would definitely be a place to go for yall

Two kids, if you want casual seafood on paper plates with a great waterfront view go to Bowens Island, out towards Folly Beach.

Lewis BBQ.
It's a BBQ joint so it ought to be kid friendly.

Poogan's Porch was excellent.
I also ate at Nico's in Shem Creek. Great seafood options. Halls is a classic but locals seem to like Oak Steakhouse more.

When I lived there, it did not have a very good reputation among the locals. In fact, recommending Hyman's Seafood to someone/yankee/tourist was considered an insult like "bless your heart".

Directly across the creek from Cowboy's is Vickery's, much better, very laid back, doesn't get as rowdy, still has docks and boats, very good food, and they will validate your parking unlike the Cowboy's side of the creek. Unless it's a flood tide (King Tide, Spring Tide) with heavy rains, then you can catch redfish in the parking lot.
