I shook the jars a few times while it set on the counter to distribute the peppers. That part should have been in the recipe

Hope you find what you’re looking for.

Somewhat on the subject, City Cafe has a Pepper Jelly Shrimp on the appetizer menu. That and the Shoestring Onion Rings, make for a great start.

Grapevine in Donaldsonville will throw a splash of bourbon in the glaze.

Might be the single best bite of meat I've ever had
