Going to Pensacola (birthplace of naval aviation) for the squadron reunion. Any good places for dinner?
Thanks in advance.

Good rec. People see it as a touristy place, but it is very good. The steaks are great and there is so much going on there. Be careful which restroom you enter.
Jaco's is also a good option.
The Grand Marlin on the island is fantastic.

Ate at Fish House last nite....avoid very mediocre. Really enjoyed Grand Marlin, recommend the grouper picata.

My wife likes Red Fish, Blue Fish.
Flounders was always a staple when my parents took us to Pensacola as a kid.

Lucy’s has decent bar food and drinks
Seventy 1 Bistro has a great brunch, but it’s up by the airport.

I'll throw you a curveball. This place has unrivaled bay views on a good day:

it is a dive - but I love Jerry's Drive In
When I lived in Pcola I ate there at least twice a week....nothing fancy by any means,...a cold beer in a mason jar kind of place with a greasy burger ,some fried okra, or some fried mullet!
*they are cash only
