How do we know that you weren't negligent in the handling and transportation of said sandwich resulting in the broken and hidden toothpick

One day, some friends and I had bought po-boys and took them home to eat. Just after we sat down at the table, one of the guys re-wrapped his sandwich and stormed out of the house without saying a word. About 15 mins later, he reappeared. We asked him what the hell happened. He said there was a wad of chewed gum in his sandwich wrapper, so he went back to the restaurant to chew their asses out. That is when one of my friends informed him that it was his gum that he took out of his mouth and put on the edge of his sandwich wrapper.

This happened to me, except I ingested a few before I realized it. I didn't think any thing of it, until two days later, I was playing with myself and I shot the cat.

Win/win...

I found the same thing in a roast that I got from Sam’s. I threw the thing away and didn’t bother to call.

If the whole kitchen crew has hairnets on, and the customers do not, what are the chances the hair that’s in the food belongs to the customer

In a vacuum, sure. Unfortunately there’s way more too it

Toss it and move on. People need to accept some things just happen and this would be one of them.m since a toothpick comes with it. When it is unusual then you need to inform. Things find a way sometimes. Other times it is from the company that produces the food item. I've had a bolt embedded in a chicken wing before.

I ordered sushi at a Baton Rouge restaurant and when they brought it out a roach jumped off the plate and ran across the table. The manger had the food remade and took 10% off the bill but not the alcohol
