I'd imagine most Parish fans will welcome this change. It makes sense for Parish because fans of South Coast or Canebrake won't care or won't even notice that it's being brewed elsewhere. And, now they can focus on producing their special release beers.

I guess this is the alternative to moving to a larger facility?

Bottles and draft still brewed in-house to start.

Yea. Andrew will be riding off in an army of Defenders filled with beautiful golden retriever puppies when it's all said and done. Hope they make some killer juice for us locals in the meantime.

I will be in Lafayette today. Any place to pick up regular GITM? Parish website shows that they have none in stock. I’ll hit up Parish this afternoon anyway. Cheers.

This seems like the real risky part... at least in terms of product consistency.

Doubtful on the regular GITM being available anywhere

Your best bet is probably getting a crowler of DDH GITM from Parish
