Put a 14 pounder on at 8pm...got about 11 degrees to go then I can wrap this sucker and finish it in the oven and get some sleep. Anybody else smoking?

The pellet boys went to bed at 10 but will wake up to brisket for breakfast.

I put a butt on about 9:00. Just got up to take a leak and it’s still holding at 225 with about a third of the snake still to burn. Back to sleep I go. Butt is at 175 so I can sleep in.

Weber Kettle with the Spider Grill Venom is a game changer.

Not a 6 hour cook, smoked for 6 hours and wrapped, it's finishing in the oven, still have about 6 hours to go, just don't need to use up any more wood ( I have a stick burner)

Correct. But pretty much around the entire grill with just enough space to light the one end.

I just added more charcoal. So I got about 14 hours out of it.

Yes it did, the flash lightened it up considerably.
