Looking for a new outdoor stove primarily for the camp, but also portable enough to take tent camping. Mostly used with skillets or a griddle. I've decided against a griddle for portability and the ability to keep a burner open for beans/rice/whatever. Talk to me about high pressure vs low pressure.

Cajun Classic seems hard to beat for the price

But do I need the extra space of a Champ Chef Explorer?

Or meet in the middle with Gas One?

I have this and it's high quality. The griddle feature is great and you can get lots of cool accessories for the stove. The pizza oven is popular.

I use this stove alot.

I've got the two burner Camp Chef ( LINK).

I mostly use it to cook outside at the house. It works great! I also bought the case ( LINK) which makes it pretty easily portable. I don't see why the 3 burner wouldn't be similar.

I got the 2 burner camp chef for Christmas last year. Man I absolutely love this thing. I use it for just about all my outdoor cooking. It’s a game changer for tailgating and camping.

Camp Chef has excellent customer service too. When I opened it, one of the leg screws was broken. Called them up and they had a new pack of 4 leg screws at my door in two days.

Yep.

They're better than just stand alone griddles because you can accessorize them. Griddles, grills, pizza ovens. I like it. I use mine primarily as a griddle and it can be expanded to over 600 square inches.

Look at Tejas smokers. I bought mine from there. Everything is built pretty stout
