I wonder if they know the last asian place over there did not make, although super buffet last about what......4 years?

If it's the same people who own the locations in Covington and Slidell, I'd recommend them.

Same owners.

When Shoney's closed, the Asian Buffet owners in the strip mall were given a chance to lease that building. Pancho's was told in advance that they'd get the Super Buffet location, they just had to wait for the owners to close shop and begin setting up Osaka.

The owners of Super Buffet wanted to do something different, and the opportunity to get more visibility presented itself.
