Alright, all you Tigerdroppers, (Tigerdroppingsers?) The next F&DB challenge ingredient is ONIONS and the next challenge date is Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
I absolutely love onions, raw and cooked, buttered, grilled, fried, battered, caramelized, braised, stewed, gumboed, preserved, pickled, jellied… What did I miss? Oh, kinds of onions! Red, yellow, white, green, and all their kin. I hope y’all do, too.

So I guess basically every dish can be cooked here since onion is generally involved. innovative choice.

I love doing pickles and fermented red onions. Talk about a good sandwich topper. Or just a snack.
Also, yellow onions boiled in beer with bratwurst.
