Not really sure why - I don't like vermouth so in theory Old Fashioned should be my thing but I just like Manhattans better.
Although one time I messed up my rye:vermouth ratio and that was disgusting so learned by lesson.

Manhattan. Using Antica Formula vermouth has been an absolute game changer
