How high do I want the temp to go? 185 degrees?

And make sure the turkey is frozen solid when you put it in.

Make sure to fill the oil to the very top before putting the turkey in.

Yes, 165.

If you have the one on the left id put the lid on the last 15-20 minutes. Unless its windy then keep it on.

I’ve found that I always need to go an additional 20-30 mins after it hits 165. With the screen lid on.
