I used to stop at the Johnson's in Eunice. Their boudin was GREAT. When it closed, I thought they were gone. Glad to see that I can still get it in Lafayette.

Thanks for the link.

I agree with that. Very good on pork but excllent on anything. Tonys is more of an all purpose. By that I mean it can be spread on food already cooked, I wouldn't do that with NuNus.

I am on a mission to find Johnsons Boudin now.. thanks for this one.

Furthermore, most of the boudin balls I have ever tried were terrible. Mainly cause the boudin sucked and the cooking sucked more. Espically at this one place of of Highway 90 in Jenerette which will remain namless(Silverfox truckstop) hahahaha

NuNu's boudin can't hold a candle to Legnon's in New Iberia! There's a reason hot shot trucks are parked there at 8:00 in the morning picking up boudin to bring to customers throughout south Louisiana! And there crawfish boudin is the best in South Louisiana too!

John,
I'll be there all day Tomorrow. If you want a tour of the smokers and all Saturday is good for me. I'll be there for lunch today, but probably not a long time. Ask for Greg.
