Noodle ratio for pastalaya

Need to cook for 40 tomorrow. How many lbs of noodles would you use

Lb of each meat and lb of pasta per 5-6 people imo.

5 or 6 lbs.
So many variables here. Are there sides with the pasta? Are kids and women included in the 40 persons or is it all grown men? 6 lbs should cover you no matter who the 40 is. You're going to need at least a four gallon pot for this.

Doing 7 lbs. got a 10 gallon pot. 7 lbs of every meat. 9 lbs of onions 6 bells, bunch of celery.
