I've always found the non-seafood dishes to be the weak link of Galatoire's.

I agree...all my "usual" dishes involve seafood.

So, you eat the seafood, and they can eat the non-seafood. It's a win-win proposition as far as food goes, and don't they deserve the Galatoire's experience?

Not if I am paying on my account.

I will consider Galatoire's as well...thank you for the suggestion.

Just ask TA.. He is the person to ask for NOLA.. Oh wait.....

Why not Couchon, Tujague's is always forgoten but has great roast beef. What about La Provence on the north shore? Delmonico is a good mixture of steakhouse and creole too.

Thanks for the suggestions...it seems like a simple task, but its limited in NOLA.

Thats a good one actually...I did just go with the GF Sunday though. I like Vincent's...the Metairie one has no atmosphere though.
